25mm Progressive Standard Base 120 degree Clockwise Turn Close (RTC) Ceramic Mixing Cartridge

GN-25P-I is the progressive mixing cartridge in 25mm outer diameter. It is design for small size kitchen faucets for mixing water supply. The handle was 7.6mm in diameter for 20 spline and teeth for common standard handle installation. Clockwise turn close (RTC) on GN-25P-I progressive mixing cartridge has rotating operating direction in 120 degree for mixing water and provides more precise temperature control on mixing water.

Interchangeable with current standard sizes of cartridge

Under consideration of the large cost of tooling development, GN-25P-I 25mm mixing cartridges offer no tooling modification opinion for the current shower valve and faucet body. As long as the shower valve and faucet body are equipped with a 25mm cartridge, there is no change or additional machining needed to the valve body for installing Geann 25mm cartridge. It saves the timing and the cost of R&D and speeds up the product launching schedule for your market exploration.

Small Dimensions Design Fits Anywhere of Your Shower Valve and Faucets

GN-25P-I 25mm mixing cartridge was only 25mm for its diameter, and it will fit the small-sized shower valves and faucets. A small-sized cartridge offers more elasticity in the tight space design. Although the cartridge was in small size, it doesn’t influence the necessary strength, flow rate, and operating torque for it has to be. Geann 25mm diverter cartridge could stand 8 N-M operating torque in strength to comply with WaterMark Standard. And Our 25mm diverter cartridge provides nearly 6 GPM at 45 psi and is sufficient for Kitchen and Lavatory applications.

Silencer to Erase the Whistle at Water flows

When water passed through the cartridge and the waterway, the remaining air in the gap of the way water will create noise which sounds like a whistle. In this case, the Geann cartridge has another option to add one silencer into the ceramic cartridge to soften the water and reduce the whistle noise during flows.
