GN Thermostatic Mixing Valve Cartridge

GN TMV Thermostatic Valve Cartridge is a core temperature-control component designed for thermostatic mixing valve systems. It is suitable for shower systems, sanitary fittings, and plumbing applications that require stable and reliable water temperature control. As an internal cartridge component, it regulates the mixing ratio of hot and cold water, helping the system maintain a consistent preset outlet temperature for improved user comfort and water safety.This thermostatic cartridge is built with a brass body, sealing O-rings, integrated filter mesh sections, and a precision temperature-adjustment spindle. It is designed to deliver stable temperature regulation when hot and cold water supply conditions change. With an approximate 340° temperature adjustment rotation, the cartridge provides smooth operation and fine temperature control, making it suitable for TMV products that require accurate and dependable outlet temperature performance.In terms of performance, the cartridge is designed for use with general hot and cold water systems, with a recommended working pressure range of 2–5 bar. Under 1 bar water pressure, when the outlet temperature is adjusted to approximately 40°C, the cartridge is capable of providing stable flow performance while supporting comfortable and controlled water delivery. The cartridge also takes safety performance into consideration. When the cold or hot water supply is unexpectedly interrupted, the cartridge helps reduce the outlet flow rate, lowering the risk caused by sudden temperature changes.To ensure product quality and reliability, the GN TMV Thermostatic Valve Cartridge is designed with attention to sealing performance, smooth operating feel, and service life. The product can be evaluated through air-tightness, sealing, flow rate, and cycle-life testing according to customer requirements. It is suitable for OEM, ODM, and replacement component applications in compatible valve body designs.Please note that this product is a TMV thermostatic valve cartridge only. It is not a complete thermostatic mixing valve assembly and does not include the outer valve body, housing, handle, or installation enclosure. Customers must prepare or design a compatible valve body according to their own product structure, dimensional requirements, waterway design, and installation conditions before assembly.
1/2" Thermostatic Mixing Valve
TH100
TH100 1/2 Thermostatic Mixing valve with 1/2” male threads controls the hot water supply to 81 – 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The high sensitivity to incoming supply temperature and pressure allows TH100 1/2” Thermostatic Mixing Valve to limit the water supply to prevent the potential scalding condition rapidly. Even under the low flow rate at 0.5 gallon per minute / 0.5 GPM, TH100 still works fine to protect user from scalding. Low lead and toxic-free copper body passes NSF61 certification for kitchen and drinking application usage.TH100 1/2” Thermostatic Mixing Valve with Neoperl Check Valves at both cold and hot water inlets to block the backflow and crossflow to damage heater or cooler at water supply failure.

3/8" Compression Thermostatic Mixing Valve with Check Valve

TH102 3/8 Compression Thermostatic Mixing valve with 3/8 compression controls the tempered water supply to 81 – 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The high sensitivity to incoming supply temperature and pressure allows TH102 3/8 compreesion Thermostatic Mixing Valve to limit the water supply to prevent the potential scalding condition rapidly. Even under the low flow rate at 0.5 gallon per minute / 0.5 GPM, TH100 still works fine to protect user from scalding. It can cooperate with 3/8 bypass T-connector and to be used in light Commerical Basin Application.
